Search and Selection Process
The process is determined according to the applicant target group and the situation on the HR market and comprises the following steps: direct search, analysis of written applications, preselection in confidential telephone interviews, assessment and selection following personal interviews only, authorised reference checks, analysis of potential, and aptitude test, if appropriate, to support the staffing decision.
